Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) identified that there was considerable confusion and uncertainty about energy among the Australian general public. They aimed to address this through a content hub, EnergyLive.

We conducted in-depth audience research to identify key topic areas and amplification channels, allowing us to develop a hub strategy that truly addressed audience needs, interests and behaviours.
